Viking Tool Supply provides a limited, non-transferable equipment warranty to the original purchaser.

Here's what you need to know about our warranty:

  1. Duration: The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and extends for 1 year. The warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  2. Coverage: Our equipment warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of the product. This includes issues such as malfunctioning components, faulty construction, or any other manufacturing defects.
  3. Exclusions: It's important to note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, tampering, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that may occur with regular use of the equipment. It does not cover consumable parts such as springs, o-rings, batteries, and cable rods. Viking Tool Supply offers repair services and replacement parts. Repairs made by anyone other than Viking Tool Supply or with parts not supplied by Viking Tool Supply shall void the warranty.
  4. Claim Process: If you encounter any issues covered by our warranty, simply contact our customer care team at care@vikingtoolsupply.com or call us at 469-209-8186. Our dedicated team will guide you through the claim process and provide you with the necessary instructions to resolve the issue.
  5. Resolution: Once your claim is approved, we will work diligently to resolve the issue in a timely manner. This may involve repairing or replacing the defective equipment, depending on the nature of the problem and if found to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Our goal is to ensure that you have a fully functional and reliable product.
